CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR SESSIONS:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the agreed upon appointment time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the service rate (for combined services, the fee is 50% of the total rate). This fee applies to both in-person and virtual sessions. You will be unable to book a future session until payment of cancellation fee for previous session is complete.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before agreed upon appointment time. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, or once service is rendered.

REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS:

All products are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any kind.

Any damage that occurred during shipping, or any missing items from your order, must be reported within 2 business days of delivery for appropriate replacement or credit. Please contact crystalnourishment@gmail.com for any inquiries.
