Sarah V, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and fellow crystal child and starseed, has founded Crystal Nutrition on the basis that if we nourish the souls that come here they in turn will nourish our earth. Armed with ten years of experience in the professional cooking world, a diploma in Culinary Management from George Brown Chef School and a diploma in Holistic Nutrition (Honours), the content shared is relevant and delicious.
Sarah has also obtained a Crystal Awakenings Certificate via the Rock Store in downtown Toronto, where she gained a thorough understanding of working with crystals, their sacred geometries, and laying crystal grids. She is a Usui Reiki Level III practitioner, and is certified in Axiatonal Re-Alignment.
