5 Year Anniversary Event Registration

What: This is a free event to celebrate the 5 year anniversary of Crystal Nutrition that is open to all clients.

There will be FIVE giveaway prizes you can enter to win, free mini energy clearings, refreshments, and products for sale. The final 30 minutes of this event will be a free sound bath that you must pre-register for as there is limited space.

How it Works: To confirm your attendance, fill out the registration form below, and you can drop by anytime between 2-4 PM. At 4 PM, there will be a 30 minute Reiki Sound Bath (that is now full!), and visits will not be allowed past this time.

Free mini energy clearings are on a first come first serve basis. They will be approximately 5 minutes in length. There will be a sign up sheet, and while you wait for your mini session you can explore the rest of the offerings at the event. The last mini energy clearing time slot is 3:30 PM.

NOTE: This event is for clients only. If you are coming with a friend/family member that is also a client of mine, please register them separately so that I have their information and can accommodate for numbers/space purposes.

Names that are not registered on the guest list will not be allowed to enter as I have to reserve space for those who signed up.

There is a limited capacity for this event, so please only register if you plan on actually attending. If you register but are unable to make it, please let me know ASAP so I can open the spot up for someone else who wants to come.

The cut off-date for registration for this event is Sunday April 28th, 2024.
